Located underground in Hobart's Elizabeth Street Mall, Brat Time is a former gallery space, now transformed into a bar restaurant that specialises in gourmet sausages and beer. The interior features robust finishes such as authentic timber, tiles, and concrete, accentuated by industrial lighting, resulting in a raw and inviting ambience.
