The Carrum Downs Pavilion sits between two ovals and caters for football and cricket one side and junior football and soccer the other. It has two changerooms to each wing, all opening into a large community space, which is itself sub-dividable, with two kitchens to service two separate simultaneous functions.

All changerooms have unisex all-abilities facilities and the pavilion features numerous ESD and accessibility initiatives.
