The hub is a teaching space alongside the new running track and soccer pitch at the Waurn Ponds campus, directly across the new running track and soccer pitch from the KD Stewart indoor sports centre. The facility will be used for sports science, teaching programs and has a long track-side openable glazed elevation, with tiered seating and real-time communications feeds measuring on-track performance. It also has a strong emphasis on viewing and breakout and social function.
