A simple extension of an existing house in Sandy Bay. By increasing the floor area subtle, we have managed to accommodate two families, through the insertion of a new floor plate generating functions around and below the edges of the new space, including a new carport and storage area, a new street frontage and entry, a home office and bunk room, laundry, sunroom that opens to a terraced courtyard garden to the north.
