Two successful refurbishments for a returning Council client - a single-room facility and a two-room kindergarten facility, creating additional licensable space while updating offices, amenities, storage, locker, and miscellaneous areas to meet current accessibility and sanitary standards.

The Paratea project involved upgrading bushfire protection measures to achieve a BAL40 rating, while the Langwarrin project integrated a general community meeting area into the facility.

Both projects were completed in collaboration with the Council during school holiday periods, prioritising efficient and reliable construction.
